Bob and Heather, started the co-op to help small businesses grow by providing flexible workspaces and networking opportunities.
They have expanded to a second location in Excelsior Springs and are considering a third. The co-op offers private offices, event spaces, and shared community areas, fostering a sense of community and supporting local businesses.
They emphasize the importance of aligning values and maintaining a community-focused culture. The co-op also generates revenue for the churches they partner with.
